Shipping policy

PieProof products are sold directly online through PieProof.com.au

Products are despatched from our third party logistics partner located in Pakenham, Victoria.

Orders received before midday on a workday will typically leave the warehouse that same afternoon with orders received after midday being despatched the next day.

We ship using Australia Post parcel service. You will also have the option at additional cost to specify express post at checkout. 

We do not ship to International destinations other than New Zealand. This is because Cycle helmets are certified to differing standards around the world.
